I’m a board-certified physician assistant with over 10 years of primary care experience, passionate about delivering patient-centered, holistic, primary, and comprehensive care. My background includes value-based care, telehealth, population health management, and chronic disease prevention. Originally from Long Island, NY, I completed most of my education in Miami, FL, before moving to Colorado in 2014 to embrace adventure.

Outside of work, I love rock climbing, mountain biking, skiing, and backpacking—enjoying everything the Colorado outdoors has to offer. I live in Arvada with my husband, our mini Sheepadoodle, Kona, and our newborn daughter, arriving in April 2025. I look forward to partnering with my patients to support their health and well-being in a way that fits their lifestyles and personal health goals.
