Dr. Mollnow grew up in Westminster, Colorado and recently returned to the area to grow her family and practice close to home. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado Denver and her medical degree from Rocky Vista University of Osteopathic Medicine. She then completed her Family Medicine residency at HealthONE Aurora.

She was drawn to family medicine because it allows her to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and support them through every stage of life. Whether helping patients navigate difficult health challenges or celebrating their successes, she values the trust that develops through ongoing care and partnership.

Dr. Mollnow’s professional interests include preventive medicine, lifestyle medicine, and women’s health. She is passionate about helping patients make informed healthcare decisions and empowering them to take an active role in improving their health and quality of life. She strongly believes in caring for the whole person, recognizing the important connections between physical, emotional, mental, and social well-being.

Outside of medicine, she enjoys spending time with her family and all the classic
Colorado activities including hiking, rock climbing, paddleboarding, and cross-country
skiing. She also enjoys reading, knitting, and gardening
